Who we are
Puerto Baby Rentals is a family-run business in Puerto Morelos, Quintana Roo, Mexico. You can reach us at puertobabyrentals@gmail.com or on WhatsApp at +52 998 241 2787.

What we collect
When you send a rental request, we collect what you give us: your name, WhatsApp number, email address, travel dates, where you're staying, your arrival details, your children's ages, the items you'd like, and any notes or shopping list you add.

How we use it
We use this information only to confirm, deliver and collect your rental, to do your shopping if you've asked us to, and to answer your questions. We send you one confirmation email when we receive your request.

Who sees it
Only us. We don't sell or share your information with anyone for marketing. Our website is built on Wix, which stores the requests you send and delivers our emails on our behalf.

Your rental list
The list you build on the website is saved in your own browser, so it's still there if you leave and come back. It isn't sent to us until you press "Request my rental".

Cookies
Our website uses the standard cookies needed for it to work and to show us basic visitor statistics.

How long we keep it
We keep rental requests for our records. If you'd like us to delete your information, send us a message and we will.

Your choices
You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, or to correct or delete it. Email puertobabyrentals@gmail.com.
