Requests and confirmation
Sending a request through our website or WhatsApp is not a booking. We check availability and confirm your dates, items, delivery details and final total personally. Your rental is booked once we've confirmed it with you.

Prices
Each item has a daily and a weekly price. Full weeks are charged at the weekly price and any extra days at the daily price. When you rent more than one of the same item, each additional one is half price. The estimate shown on the website may change after we confirm your dates, availability, delivery location and any applicable bundle pricing.

Payment
Payment is due at delivery, in cash (US dollars or Mexican pesos), Venmo or Zelle. We don't take a deposit and we don't take payment online.

Cancellations and changes
If your plans change, please let us know as soon as you can so the gear can go to another family.

​

Delivery and pickup
Delivery and pickup are free in Puerto Morelos. For other areas, the fee depends on the location and we confirm it with you before your rental is booked. Resort deliveries are usually made after 3 PM, once you have your room number. Please be available, or arrange for someone to receive the items, at the agreed time.

Using the gear
All items are cleaned and safety-checked between rentals. Please use each item as intended and follow the age, weight and height limits shown on our website and on the item itself. Children should always be supervised. If anything seems wrong with an item, stop using it and message us right away so we can replace it.

Car seats
Please tell us your child's age, weight and height so we can provide a suitable seat. You are responsible for installing the seat correctly and for securing your child in it.

​

Care, loss and damage
Normal wear is expected. Please return items in the condition you received them. If an item is lost, stolen or damaged beyond normal wear, we'll ask you to cover the cost of repair or replacement.

Late returns
If you need the gear longer, message us and we'll extend your rental at the daily rate, subject to availability.

​

Shopping service
The shopping service is available only as an add-on to a rental. The fee is $12 for up to 10 items or $15 for more, plus the store total. Several of the same item count as one item. We'll do our best to find what's on your list and will check with you about substitutions.
